Maryanne Nguyễn is a UX Designer who leads mobile design across three teams at Love's Travel Stop, owning end-to-end iOS and Android experiences for the Love's Connect app, one of the largest loyalty platforms in the travel stop industry with 6.1M+ downloads.

Her background in banking gave her an early grounding in designing for real user needs: the kind that emerge face-to-face, under pressure, with no room for confusion. That foundation shapes how she approaches every project, methodical, empathetic, and focused on the space where beautiful design and functional clarity meet.

At Love's, Maryanne has shipped work across features, payments, and engagement. From a ground-up rewards program for casual drivers that drove 143,000+ new monthly active users in its first month, to a deals page redesign that increased total redemptions by 14% in six months. She leads with research, moves through ambiguity with intention, and delivers production-ready UI that holds up at scale.

Outside of work, Maryanne is a community organizer with the Asian Task Force of Oklahoma. She believes the skills that make a good designer, empathy, problem-solving, and a commitment to people, are the same ones that drive meaningful change beyond the screen.
